Elizabeth Bacon

Liz discovered her calling with Interaction Design (IxD) in the late ‘90s in San Francisco when she joined the staff at Cooper, the pioneering IxD consultancy. At Cooper she led projects in domains including medical device technology, enterprise software, online shopping and products merging Industrial Design & IxD. Liz also supervised design teams and created training material, as well as teaching Cooper U.

She is currently Vice-President of the Interaction Design Association, an organization devoted to improving the human condition by advancing the discipline of Interaction Design. Additionally, Liz has been granted multiple patents and has published articles in UXmatters and <interactions> magazines.
